Mr. Sudarshan Hegde

I wanted someone in North Bangalore to mentor my 12 years old son to tackle his adolescence problems. I had been attending so many parenting sessions, other counselling sessions outside to tackle the issue and finally had failed.

One of my colleagues recommended Manospandana which was in other end of my stay. But now I feel, I took right decision of taking my son to Mr. Sudarshan, Psychotherapist and Relationship Counselor. It has been 5 months since we have been associated with Manospandana. I take this opportunity to thank Mr. Sudarshan for all his help in bringing required changes in my son. Now, my boy has gained his self confidence and able to present himself in front of the Crowd. He is eventually able to manage his volatile emotions.

Mr. Sudarshan is very empathetic person. He will listen to you patiently and carefully before jumping into any conclusion and advising you. I think he adapts to his patients’ characteristics and then will deal with their problems which I feel is his greatest strength. Mr. Sudarshan tunes his patients to deal with situations arising in this emerging world.

Mr. Sudarshan also checks on my son’s progress or if has any issues when we will not be able to make for regular sessions due to unavoidable situations. He has inspired my son and brought in so much of hope in him that he is so happy to attend every session. In fact, he will be waiting for Saturdays to meet Mr. Sudarshan that he likes spending time with him so much 😊

I cannot thank Mr. Sudarshan enough for all that he does when my son is in this tough situation.

Dr. Sudarshan has proven to be a steadfast pillar during my counselling sessions. I discovered him via an unsolicited Google search, a fortuitous find that has unequivocally been the right decision. His empathetic approach coupled with actionable advice has bolstered my mental resilience.

The strategies he imparted, along with the literary and informational resources he recommended, have been invaluable during our engagements. Furthermore, the reflective assignments he provided have facilitated the practical application of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, a utility that I have found to be particularly effective.

Prior to our sessions, I was ensnared in a sense of helplessness, sinking into depression. Now, I perceive a shift towards a positive and forward-looking mindset. I'm better equipped to objectively assess various aspects of my life, such as events, relationships, and communication, enabling me to construct a more informed and effective approach to these areas.

He didn't explained me The CBT in the whole 30 mintues he was telling me to join the CBT program on a longer run . I agree with that but first whole season was only to join to the next season

He is very empathetic and helped me to cope during a very difficult time. He is very supportive and after his counseling, I am now able to manage well during stressful situations.

It was a very wholesome experience. Dr Sudarshan created a safe space for me. I was able to express my problems properly to him.

I really feel very good, because i shared all about me, So i feel very lightly.. And also doctor asked some questions that questions are really useful to understand myself.
