I would like to start with I agree with last comment there's actually two ladies who sit in reception one is frankly very rude when I come first time I felt that too now I just deal with second one 😋whenever I have done my treatment in the past,I have seen Dr. to be around n keep checking on there patients now n then thus giving some confidence in there patients if right treatment is happening.Staff are very helpful n patient however I feel they need some help as well as other day I felt like I waited for 10 mins at my session was going to ask to increase the vibration speed as person who was doing mine was engaged with another person, frankly two ppl ain't enough with 8-10 beds thus can add to more wait time.Last please open 7 days, for working class they would love to get physio done on sat. n Sunday as that's what they get most of the time but on sat. clinic closes at 12 n when we work at night shift would have to miss two days of session.I am still getting treatment from him n have high hopes I can run n play with my kid again after my ankle is fully healed up.

Whatever I say that will be less for the doctor and the workforce working here. All of them are very helpful and decent enough to make you comfortable in any way possible. The doctor himself is a person who is ground to earth and he gives you a proper attention and time all by himself. I had a major left clavicle midshaft nonunion fracture which happened in Jan 2017. I was asked by the orthopedic doctor to start the physio by April and I started by April last. After a long and a very satisfactory result from the physio, I'm all good to go across the globe and do all the adventure whatever I want to do in my life. I have gained 90% flexibility and workability of my left hand which had almost nothing while I was there on clavicle brace and sling for long 3 months. I would highly recommend anyone who has any issues with his movements. Just one suggestion, have patience and keep the faith in the doctor. Till the time you are pitch perfect, he would not recommend you anything. I'm greatly thankful and my regards to the awesome workforce who gives you all the help needed during your treatment. Special thanks to the team who is there except the doctors, seamless appointment, payment, time management experience and they are pretty well behaved. There is no substitute to hard work.

Dont expect miracles to happen but have faith in Physio-be-fit. The consultation, diagnosis, prescription and treatment is radically different here than mainstream healthcare.

I was troubled by buttock pain(wont call it back pain) for a long time. Twice I was even hospitalized with different diagnosis. Then one of my wife's good friends suggested me to visit Dr.Siataraman. With a pessimistic approach of being forced to consult yet another doctor, I took an appointment in Physio-be-fit. My first surprise was that I was consulted on time.

Dr.Sitaraman is a busy man. When he started talking, I thought he hardly had time for me. But in ten minutes he attended his chores and was understanding my expressions well. He was patient enough to listen to my history and did a thorough examination.

After that, we have worked on various treatment methods for different problems with a good success rate. As I said earlier, it was not miraculous but very very effective.

The confidence and the connect of the entire staff is commendable.

Had an unresolved ankle problem that had prevented me from running for 5 years and had traveled places consulting several doctors/specialists in vain.

When I sent to Dr Sitaram did the foot scan and explained what was happened with my ankle. After couple of physio sessions, he clearly laid down the recovery plan. The physio sessions were interesting and everyday I did look forward to the sessions. The course of the sessions were tweaked regularly based on how my ankle responded and very soon there was visible improvement. In 6 weeks I was back on trail to run.

Dr Sitaram & his team Physio for Fit helped me on strength and flexibility training. With great team work and support , I leaped from a no run situation to competitive running and went all the way to national level medal for my age category. Owe it to Dr Sitaram!

The ambiance at Physio for Fit is lively, the Team is professional, courteous and very helpful. The sessions are ontime - you seldom have to wait and better reach few minutes early as they are always punctual on appointments (if choose to go late, be prepared to wait longer!).

People can wait in long queues for a concert but not for doctor sessions (just shows how serious you are for your health)! Yes you might have to wait sometimes but it's worth it, is what i feel. I have tried other physiotherapists in Bangalore, I highly recommend Physio Be-Fit.

I broke both bones in my right forearm and after surgery was having limited range of motion(pronation,supination,extension and flexion). I visited Dr. Sitaraman for 2 months and he has been diligent, careful, and kind for the entire process, I'm almost fully recovered now, and my hand is stronger than earlier. I attribute my recovery to his cautious and methodical program. He has vast PT and fitness knowledge, he's also fun to talk to. Along with regular sessions, I used to workout at home as well as suggest by Dr. Sitaraman using theraband.

Dr. Sitaraman & Dr. Shalini are very encouraging and the treatment is top notch, just follow their advice.

I am just sharing my experience - *** ***** **** **** ********** *** ** ** **** ** ****** **** *** I visited for my back pain. I explained my condition how I got the back pain and doctor asked me to go for iastm sessions. ***** ***** ******* **** **** ****** ** ** doctor asked me to go for normal physiotherapy sessions. it all cost me around 3000 RS *** **** *** ***** ***** I asked doctor if there is some other issue, should I check with some other doctor ******* ** **** **** ** **** ********* ******* ** **** ********* ***** ***** ************* ******** *** he kept saying that it's just muscle strain. ****** * ******* ******* ******** *** ****** ***** ** ** ** *** **** ***** ******* *** *** ****** * *** ** **** **** * *** **** **** **** ******* ***** *** ****** My money got wasted. Need refund.

I went to the doctor with a severe pain in my neck (behind my ear lobe). Dr. diagnosed it as muscle related and gave me physiotherapy *** ******** * *** * ***** **** ********** I was in severe pain for a week and was getting fever and feeling puekish because of pain but Dr. Sitaraman told me it was a viral. I would not recommend Dr.Sitaraman to anyone ******* ** *** **** ****** ** ******** ** *** **** wasn't very receptive to hearing my problems when I insisted that my pain and nausea is pain related. It was horrifying experience!!

Took 4 sessions of tens n ultrasound but didn't solve the problem, the reason being I couldn't complete my ten sessions as the ladies managing the appointments don't give appointments and mention that's its full everytime I want a treatment session and on going they make one wait for long. At one time many patients are attended so don't get personalized treatment. The management doesn't seem to be bothered about patients as no one follows up for next appointment time n date. N since they have too many people and just two doctors to manage its like waiting to get things done. Not sure if after completing ten sessions would have got cured but lost confidence in them.

Dr Sitaraman & his wife Shalini are a fantastic duo ********* ****** ******* ******** ******* *** ********* ** *** ******* ** ***** ******* They personally cater to each patient's queries and needs and also provide utmost assistance in understanding the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

I suffered from radiating pain in my left leg for almost 3-4 months due to a disc bulge. But the IVF treatment & the Sonography provided at the clinic, seems to have helped my case resulting in me being almost being pain free and being able to slowly get back to normalcy!

Only downside of this place is the booking and appointment process along with the staff which behaves like the kingpin of the clinic!

Other than the booking process, the experience is great and highly recommended!

A very friendly clinic, they understand the exact issue and provide the solution.

As this is physiotherapy, the results take time. I am very confident now with more than 7-8 sessions, and the gradual increase in intensity has really built strength in my knees and confidence in my approach towards the injury / pain. As I get to speak with the doctor about the various aspects of running, it also relieves stress related to injury.

Overall booking and appointments are easy to make.

There are plenty of equipments too at the clinic.

So all in all a one stop clinic for consultation & rehabilitation.

I recommend Physio-Be-Fit to be your only physiotherapy destination.
