Dr. Sephali is a wonderful physiotherapist and a friendly practitioner who is a class above the rest for her deep interest shown in ensuring that her patients recover both with care and knowledge about their bodies.

I met Dr. Sephali, after my shoulder injury in a road accident and in a span of 5 to 6 sessions, Dr. Sephali was able to bring me back to normalcy. She took great care in educating me to build my core and flexibility and to work towards great health.

Dr. Seplhali treated me for elbow fracture recovery. She not only has the experience to treat, also ensures and takes extra care to explain the situation, the possibilities and precautions that need to be exercised. She also provides a routine of exercises to ensure full recovery. She was able to make me achieve 100% range-of-motion for my elbow, which was on cast for 6-7 weeks.

I was Encouraged by the dr.'s ability and now getting treatment for the loss of range-of-motion I am living with, due to a knee injury about 5 years ago. Though it is a very complicated injury, she has put enough confidence in me and the treatment, I am able to gain about additional 10-20 degrees in the last couple of months.

I was waiting for almost two months to write this review. just wanted to make sure i am sharing the right info.. i was suffering with my wrist joint pain since feb 2020 and consulted with almost 5 doctors ( morden and ayurvedic). but rather than spending lot of money and time there was no difference. finally i came to Dr Sephali i felt confidence after 2-3 visits... only the thing, we should have Patience and follow what she tell us to do at home... thanks a lot...

it's very important to understand the pain and the causes which the doctor makes sure we are educated about it so that we can take precautionary measures in order the Pain reduces day by day. I've been consulting for back pain since 15days and it's been very helpful as she helps to look into the issue with ease and tries not to rush in treating the patient.
