Dr Samatha did a very calculated analysis of the disease based on the photos that we sent for online consultation first. She doubted Shingles (Herpes zoster) based on that and told us to start medicines accordingly. But since she couldn't be sure on video call she told us to visit the clinic the next day. The next day when we visited she said it was infact herpes zoster and to continue the medicines. This early start of medicines by Dr Samatha helped my mother to suppress the disease sooner and it was only a mild case as a result. We thank you Dr Samatha 🙏
