Dr. Ruchi Gupta is an excellent doctor. We have been going to her for more than an year. She doesn't prescribe unnecessary medicine, more over gives valuable diet recommendations.

Amazing doctor. Was able to understand the issue and was able to give suggestion with lots of confidence and empathy.

Disappointing Experience with Psychiatrist Dr. Ruchi Gupta, Maarga, Yalahanka

I recently accompanied a family member to a session with Dr. Ruchi Gupta. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Dr. Ruchi displayed a tendency towards presumption, lacking the patience to truly understand the underlying issues. Moreover, her approach during the session was often rude, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.

They told me to "just accept and respect" the trauma I have. They intended that anxiety and depression are the choices that we make. This is the last thing you want to hear from a practicing psychiatrist.

I was mostly seeking a medical help - hear out my symptoms, sleeping and eating patterns, panic attacks and others. And then help me with medicines.
