I was down with a L5 -S1 Mild to moderate disc bulge on 6th Sept 2023. I reached out to an Ortho specialist and was given few pain killers and strictly told me to take bed rest for 5 days. 2 days were on but I didn't see

I was down with a L5 -S1 Mild to moderate disc bulge on 6th Sept 2023. I reached out to an Ortho specialist and was given few pain killers and strictly told me to take bed rest for 5 days. 2 days were on but I didn't see any improvement. Having a Family function around in 10 days, I was getting restless because, I was not able to get onto my feet at least. My abdominal region was deformed to right, not able to even stand. Forget walking. Then I got to know about perfect bounce through a friend.

Dr Richa Singh, picked my call up and understood my medical issue and my social situation about the function. I sent my MRI report to her. She promised a call back to me in 10 mts. She went through the report and straight away committed to me that she will fix me in 6 sessions. The same day, I was allocated to Dr Sindhuri who treated me although. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable .I was given dry cupping and needling for the entire body. Belive me, i started walking better by the 3rd session.

The body has come back to my control. I slowly started doing small streches and exercised with the guidance of Dr Sinduri.

By the end of 8th session, i was absolutely normal and was able to lead my family function completely.

Currently, i am 80% recovered and conitnuing my efforts to 100% recovery with Rest and Exercises. I am able to work and take care of house hold things. Deep Tissue massage was really good in relaxing the muscles. They helped me with Foot analysis and Posture analysis on the last day of the treatment and made me understand the corrections i need to do for my body for better quality of life. Exercises were recommended the report itself for corrections. I was given 2 free follow ups post the treatment.

Over all, i had an amazing experience with " Perfect Bounce " would like to have it to a part of my lifestyle going forward too.
