After a ton of research I landed up at the Harmony after speaking to Dr. Ravinder Varkala, to my surprise he was already there and I did not have to wait for even a minute. The xperience thereafter was so different and unlike any other audiologist I have met. The level of ********* *** experiences shared put me at ease. The audiometry testing was efficient and a breeze. I had an old hearing aid which I was not very happy with , the Dr did not try to upsell any other hearing aid but spent the next over 1 hour tuning and testing the hearing aid in real life situations. The tuning made a massive difference to my hearing aids. Thereafter I decided to go in for new aids, here also there was no push towards a single brand. He understood my requirements in the minutest detail and then gave suggestions.

Brilliant and patient that is what is expected when dealing with hearing senses, Dr Ravi outshine any such expectations and is truly a benchmark.

It is wonderful experience to see the joy in your mothers face and her happy tears when she could finally hear out stuff which she have not heard from so long.

The Doctor is so friendly with good knowledge on the problem and he suggests solution based on patients condition which is in favour to their situation financially as well.

He keeps the solution to problem on point ******** *********** ***********

We got a hearing aid for my mother who is suffering from hearing loss since her young age. She is 55 now and the one who is very hesitant to get hearing aid from years is now thankful to Dr. Ravindar and she strongly recommends this doctor to any elder who are hesitant with all the old school thoughts. I went to get hearing aid fitted for my father. Mr. Ravi listened very attentively and explained us the issue and available solution patiently. I had visited, Harmony clinic for my grandfather who has hearing impairment in both ears. The doctor was really understanding and patient. He showed great patience while conducting all the tests and explaining us the complications and the available solutions. He first enquired my husband about his medical history and then proceeded with the test along with explaining the purpose and the expectation from me. Post the test he explained him in detail about what caused his current situation and that was very helpful and also asked him to implement certain good practice to avoid any further issues.
