I am a practicing ‘Clinical Psychologist’ at various clinics in Bangalore, specialized in ‘Child Psychology’, ‘Marriage Counseling’, and ‘Relationship matters’. I earned my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from California, USA. Through psychotherapy sessions, I help clients to overcome their life challenges including depression, anxiety, marital relationship, parental relationship, children and adolescent issues and old-age challenges. My psychotherapy approach is ‘Humanistic & Client-centered’, where I believe that every human being can attain happiness and confidence, with the support and guidance of a psychological expert. I provide psychological therapy and interventions, which results in ‘positive outcomes’ in clients’ daily lives. Overall my interest has been in enhancing and maintaining the good health of Mind & Body relationship, by treating individuals’ STRESS related matters and psychological challenges in the wide age range of population consisting children, adolescents, young adults and geriatrics. As a ‘child psychologist’ I have been working with various children and adolescent issues, related to their depression, disruptive behaviors, conduct disorder, ADHD: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism, Asperger’s Autism Spectrum and other developmental delays in children population. I provide psychotherapy for children and ‘parental skills training’ for parents, to bring happiness to children, parents and family as a whole. I specialize in soft skills & life skills training for people especially at corporate settings, to reduce stress and enhance work performances and the overall functioning of individuals at all levels of personal, professional and social life. I am a visiting ‘clinical psychologist’ at RXDX Telerad Clinic @ ITPL, Whitefield and Mallige Hospital, Bangalore. In addition to my clinical practice, I have been a students’ counselor at IIIT: International Institute of Information Technology-Bangalore. In the past, I have worked as students’ counselor at IIM-Bangalore as well. My goal as a psychotherapist is to reach out to people in need of psychological guidance and support, to overcome various kinds of life challenges to attain happiness and self-fulfilling life.
