Extremely satisfied by the results. Followed for both myself and my kid. Both lost in the tune of 15 kgs in 6 months and have been maintaining well.
Highlights:
* Diet is in-tune with normal food that we eat. Not completely different
* Selection of food items, ease of cooking etc. is very good
* Very friendly doctor
* Cost is around 10K for 6 months which is way less than what others charge
Low:
* Availability: Wait times on saturday can be long; Doctor is available for 3-4 hrs/day
* Extra charge for Body Composition, could have been inclusive in the fee
However, all this is miniscule compared to the joy of health obtained.
My father could reduce his Insulin usage from 36 Units to nil and mom got rid of Thyroid medication.
Highly recommended.
