We consulted Dr Payal for my 4 year Old son's rashes, Due to the Covid-19 situation we couldn't visit hospital in person so had a video consultation. The way the Dr talks to us is just excellent. She is a very good human being. She answered all our queries and even replied to all our follow up emails as we were very worried she knew exactly what the problem was and gave us timely advices as the Rashes kept changing in appearance and even she followed up multiple times checking on the status of recovery. Unbelievable. Heart felt thanks.

Dr. Payal Ranka is extremely accommodating and patient doctor unlike other dermatologists we visited earlier. We visited her for our 6 month old baby with eczema. She patiently listened to us to understand our baby's history and problems, prescribed regimes with mild creams only considering baby's age. Eczema being a condition with no single cure, she quickly changed regimes until we find the one working for our baby. This really requires a lot of commitment from the doctor and we are very much happy with the care she gave to our baby.

My son had a severe diaper rash and we had already visited a couple of docs but it was not cured. Then we visited doctor Payal. She first explained us everything in detail and gave us the prescription which showed us immediate result within a day..she also called us back the same evening to know condition of my son....when ever we had small doubts she was easily accessible on the phone....thank you so much doc.....
