I approached Dr. Sarah for depression and anxiety. She has been very understanding towards even the trivial issues. I was very nervous to speak about all my issues initially but she has a comforting personality that brings you at ease. She is very patient and a good listener. She has a scientific approach but yet a very simple way of breaking down your concerns and giving you a solution. She has helped me pattern my thoughts in the right way. Just after a few sessions, I have seen a massive change in my behaviour. I would definitely recommend her.
