I was completely not able to study because I feel bored fast and not able to focus and concentrate for a long period ,that made me reduce the confidence and motivation level, I was not able to take decisions by my own. Completely distracted. So after having consultation with Dr. Minna I increased my confidence level, she guided me how to study in an interesting manner, the brain gym exercises stayed me focus completely. Now I am confident in my presentation style , way of my expression of conveying something, and I was able to perform good in my studies too.
