I was feeling very low and alone and constantly worried that people were judging me . I had become very conscious about myself, struggled to concentrate, and had almost no motivation. I was also getting irritated easily and frustrated over small things.
more..I was going through a lot of tension and stress because of job related issues .I was feeling low irritated most of the time and constantly worried about how others were judging me. It started affecting my mood and daily life.
more..Dr. Minna sessions are structured yet flexible, helping me understand my patterns and work on them step by step. She uses practical techniques that are easy to apply in daily life as well. I have seen a noticeable improvement in regulating emotions and overall well- being after with her .

I initially went for individual CBT, while my husband went for CBT as well as couple counselling.** ******* ******* *** *************** *** ********* ****** ******* ************ *********** **** *** ********* ****** ** ********** *********** **** * *** ***** ****** **** ** ******** ****** **** ** **** *********** *** ********* ** ** ******* ****** *** ****************** ************ **** ******* ******* ***************** *** ************* ******** *** ********* ******* *** ******* ** ******* ** ******* *** ********* *** ************ ************ ******* ***** *** ************* ******* *** **** ********* ************ ** **** *** ********* ********* *** *** * ********** *** *** **** **** ** ************* **** ***** ******* **** *** ***** ** ******* *** ************ ********** * *********I also had serious concerns about the way the sessions were conducted.We paid for approximately 3.5–4 hours of counselling across multiple sessions in a single day. However, I did not feel that we received meaningful therapeutic intervention proportionate to the amount of time and money spent.***** *** * ****** ******* *** ***** **** ** *** ****** *** *** **** *** **** ********* At the end, after listening to us for a limited period, we were simply told to come again and that the issues would be addressed later.After four counselling sessions, we did not receive any written assessment, counselling summary, treatment plan, therapeutic roadmap, or other document as a record of the sessions.My husband also asked about the root cause of our relationship problems, but I did not feel that we received a proper assessment or clear explanation of the underlying issues.I expected a psychologist providing CBT/couple counselling to carefully assess the situation, identify patterns, explain the formulation, establish therapeutic goals and then work systematically toward them. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.* **** **** **** *** ********* ****** ********* ****** ****** ************* *** **** * *** *** ********** *** ***** ** ********* ********** ******** ******** *** ********** ******** * *** ************ *** ****** ******* * **** ******* *********** * *** ***** ********* ***** *** ***** *** **** *** **** * ************* *** ****** *** ***** ****** * ***** **** ************* *** ************** ******** ********** **** *** **** **** ******* ****** ** ******** ** ******* ********** ** ************* **** *** ** ****** ***** *** ************ ******************* **** **** *** *********** * ************ ************ *** ****.The therapist is advertised as having around 8 years of experience, but honestly, ***** ** ** ******** *********** * *** *** *** **** ***** ** ********** ********* ** *** *********** * **************** ******* *** *************************** *** *********** ********* *** ******** *** *** ******* ** **** * **** ** *** **** **** ** ******** *** **** ***** ******* ******** ** *** ****** ***.* **** ****** **** ******** ***** ******* ****** ** ****** ******** ******* *** ** ******** *** **** ** *** *********** ******* **** ** ********** ******* **** *********** * ****** ***** **** *** ******* *** *** *********** ******** *** ** ****** *** ****** ***** ****** * ********* ****** ******* ** **** ****** ********We also travelled for approximately 2.5 hours just to reach the hospital.We made that journey with genuine hope that we would receive professional guidance, understand the root cause of our problems, and get some direction for improving our relationship.We travelled all that way just for the hope of getting some help and clarity.************** ***** ** *** *********** ** **** **** ******* **** ** *** **** *** ****** *** ***** ******** ************* ************ *** ****** **** ******That is why I am sharing this review. * ***** **** ******* ****** ** ****** ** ****** **** ********** ***** ***** *********** ***** *** **** **** *** **** ***** **** ** ***** ******* ************ *** **** ***********My personal recommendation: please look elsewhere if you are specifically looking for CBT or couple counselling.Please do your own research, ask questions about confidentiality, professional boundaries, documentation, treatment planning, billing and how individual information will be handled if both partners are seeing the same therapist** ** *** ****** **** ***** ******* **** **** *** **** *********** This is based on what happened with my husband and me.People come to psychologists and hospitals with hope, trust and vulnerability. Please treat that trust with the confidentiality, professionalism, patience and care that patients deserve.I sincerely request the hospital management and staff to look into these concerns seriously.
