Doctor is very friendly and had explained problem to me in depth. Really appreciate his patience with answering all my queries. His diagnosis includes taking care of side effects and other such issues using evidence as well. Treatment plan was smooth and results were amazing!

Only negative feedback is about the staff. Staff is not helpful. My appointment was online based, so it was difficult to make an appointment. I wish staff could be more proactive in scheduling these things.

I would definitely recommend Dr MK Shetty. I would continue consulting him for other issues as well.

Just started treatment with the Dr. He is calm, welcoming and patient. Listens to the problems and then suggests accordingly. Explains the root cause of the problem and why he is prescribing a particular strategy. Waiting to see the results of the treatment. Appointment doesn't start on time though, even if you book through Practo. Also, the products are exorbitantly priced, nothing less than Rs 700, insane mark up. Let's see if the money is worth it.

He is one of the very rare doctors who listen to you patiently instead of jumping to conclusions. He is super patient, courteous and quite positive when he interacts with you. Makes you feel so much more better when you are slightly worried. Neat clinic with good staff. Would highly recommend him for any skin related issues! ***** **** *** *****

Though Doctor is good they are not properly organised. Appointment has no meaning. It is first cut first serve or people who shout gets first serve.

My advise go and shout you reduce your waiting time. If you are gentle you will end up like me waiting for 3 hours.

Experience with doctor was quite good. I had more scars on my face, doctor suggested to go for treatment for almost 2 years. They are cheating in the bill.. i gone through chemical peel n laser for the first time they told price is 3500, they said normal price for chemical peel is 2k and laser 2k.. but as ur doing both together we will do it for 3.5k.

When i went for 2nd session for chemical peel they said the price 3k.. They have not defined any price for any treatment.. for one person they tell 2k n for other person they say 3k.. One doctor says u need to pay 2.5k n other says 3k.. what the hell it is?

Be careful while paying the bill.. if we don't enquire on the bill then we are loosing our money.

Doctor attends to you on time, and gives understandable explanations and gives options for treatment. Would recommend him. He's well equipped, **** ********* ** ****** ******** ** **** ** ******** *************** The staff were the only drawback at that clinic, them being unaware of any of the protocols or patient and queue management .

Dr. Shetty is a very patient Doctor and is an excellent listener. He spends a lot of time understanding your problem. His treatment is working very well for me, its been two weeks but i can see a significant improvement on my skin. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shetty !

Doctor spent sufficient time with us, collecting details of the patient's medical history, background leading to the current condition, symptoms and ongoing medication. He also did a thorough examination and then shared his diagnosis and suggested medication The medicines he prescribed gave immediate relief from skin itch and irritation and the rash also slowly disappeared

Dr Shetty is extremely professional and an amazing doc I have ever met . After visiting many doctors I finally stopped my acne journey here . He listens to you with patience and addresses all your concerns .i would recommend everybody who suffers from acne to the doctor once and follow his advice religiously .. I give a 5 star .

Very nice and knowledgeable doctor. He's a thorough gentleman and treats his patients with respect. Answers all your questions in detail and is genuinely concerned about your problems. I have just started the treatment hence cannot say whether it will be effective for me or not, but my experience with the doctor has been delightful until this point.
