The appointment got rescheduled without consent. There is no prior notice. Just when it is about to start. Pls do understand there could be conflict. Pls reschedule it to 8.30 pm IST. There is no support available on Practo to reach out to doctor neither on chat nor on phone. Patient time is taken for granted.
Dr. Lavanya attended the call while walking and in the car, and was distracted throughout the appointed time (which was 30 minutes).
I consulted the doctor to address lingering dissatisfaction in my life, and she told me that "this feels like you are forcing me to watch a movie that I really don't want to watch", and this is just one of the many invalidating comments she made during the session. She also said she cannot help me through video, in which case she should not be doing video consultations at all.
