A good rating is only for the Doctor, who is polite and hears out the patient completely. I've been going to him since 12 yrs for acne treatment which keeps showing once in while. The way this clinic is run, however, is not good . There is no system for appointment, which is only for the namesake. Even with appointment, there is waiting for 1 hour min. The receptionist is mean and arrogant. She won't respond to calls as well. In times of pandemic, there is no precaution taken. No temperature is checked, no control on number of patients inside, one chair distancing in one direction and none in other, receptionist walks without mask, no one is asked to use sanitizer once inside, foot wears are asked to leave outside and there is no organized way to keep them. Doctor's cabin door is not sanitized after the patient closes the door. And lastly, no phone numbers of patients are taken, incase of any patient who is infected, there is no way others will know about it and untraceable.

The treatment which he gives is not permanent.. Its a temporary treatment.. U feel good for temporary... After u leave the cream which he gives the discoloration of skin comes again.. I will not recommend this clinic..

I went to Lakshman Rao clinic for laser hair removal. Upperlip was fine but for underarms it burnt my skin with severe pain and the dark pigmentation remained after recovery. When i went and asked him about this he responded saying he gave a little bit higher power to reduce the number of sittings. Anyway please do a complete research before going for any such things. That's when i realised Laser Hair Removal should be done with more consciousness for people with dark skin tone.

High time he has a junior doctor to take patients problem

He does not have patience to listen fully to patients problem

I had visited the doctor due to palmic psoriasis. He explained the issue very well.He gave me ointments which gave me very good results in short span. Anyone suffering from skin issues should visit him. He is very experienced and doesn't give any unnecessary medications like other dermatologists.

Doctor was very patient & listened to our complaint. Very helpful in satisfying the patient & necessary medicine given which was helpful.
