I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Harshita for the outstanding care and treatment I received for my spondylitis and tennis elbow. Living with chronic neck pain and persistent elbow discomfort was both physically exhausting and emotionally frustrating, but from my very first consultation, Dr. Harshita made me feel completely comfortable and confident about my recovery.

Dr. Harshita is very good and supportive. She listens carefully to your issues, and her friendly behavior makes the entire session comfortable. She has been helping me with neck pain, back pain, and body posture-related issues. The entire session was engaging and effective. Highly recommended.

I had been suffering with lower back pain for about an year on and off before i reached a stage where I couldn't even walk because the pain was just too much and the hot/cold packs were not helping ar all. At this stage I visited Spinenova Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation clinic and started getting physio therapy from Dr. Harshitha. I took around 50-60 sessions over a span of 3-4 months *** ** ********** *** **** ****** I have not felt any pain for more than a month and moreover I now understand the root cause and know what causes the pain in the first place. The sessions were as per my need at the moment, we started with pain relief and pain management, moving to stretching and strengthening. In the initial months the pain often came back, but Dr. Harshitha was very patient and helped me through those stages as needed. Highly recommend.

The physiotherapy sessions I am taking are very comfortable, and I can already feel noticeable relief and improvement after each session. The treatment approach is practical, well-structured, and thoughtfully personalized according to my condition.
