Diya is a phenomenal therapist. In the past 2 years that I have been working with her, my life has been completely transformed. Her 15+ years of professional experience clearly shows in the way that she handles complex issues in session. She has a flexible style that is adaptable to the client’s needs - she was able to customise her counselling to something that I am comfortable with. She was also very clear about her professional therapeutic boundaries since the beginning and she always acted towards my best interests for the long-term. She helped me slowly and carefully unpack past traumas and process them over time. Last year, I was going through an extremely difficult phase with multiple traumatic events happening all at once. Diya’s therapeutic support deeply helped me get through all of that. I have evolved emotionally and emerged stronger because of my work with her. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have Diya has my therapist. I highly recommend her for anyone who is seeking psychotherapy or mental health counselling.

I met Diya during one of the most painful phases of my life, when everything felt overwhelming and uncertain. From the start, she brought a sense of calm and steadiness into what felt like chaos.
What stands out to me is her ability to hold space for intense emotions without judgment or urgency. She helped me navigate difficult moments with patience, gently guiding me to understand myself better rather than rushing me toward solutions.
While I’ve come a long way since then, this is still an ongoing journey—and having her support continues to make a meaningful difference. She hasn’t just helped me cope but has played a big role in helping me rebuild, step by step.
If you’re someone who is struggling or simply looking for a kind, understanding presence to support you through life’s challenges, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to her.

A friend had asked me to reach out to Diya a couple of years back and she was in total praise of her. I did not understand what it all meant then. In fact, I remember visiting Practo and reading the glorious recommendations written by folks then. Now, after a couple of years of therapy with Diya, I realise what those words meant. And here I am sharing my own experience to help you decide just like I did.
Before I say anything, a big shoutout to Diya whose presence in itself is therapeutic, vibrant and full of life!
What I love the most about her is that she listens to you ever so patiently and picks up the nuance from the sea of emotions to ask the right questions. These questions serve as the best guide to uncover behavioural patterns and to deep dive into certain feelings. In doing so, what I appreciate the most about her technique is that she is a natural and that you can trust her like your own self! Her approach is effortless and speaking to her feels like a conversation you are having with your own self - without fears and judgement. She creates that safe space for you to become aware about your feelings, mental jungle-gyming and mostly anything. And that too without it all seeming like an uphill task.
After almost two years of being in therapy with Diya, I have seen a sea of change in my ability to deal with the difficult circumstances, conflicts, failures as well as embrace the beautiful things in life. Our conversations have been a source of awareness for me to pause and learn about how I deal with my relationships, any situation, how these make me feel overall and what I could do to change it. For instance, Diya has helped me resolve conflicts within relationships - my relationship with my self, my partner, close family members, friends, colleagues, bosses and more. In doing so we have established certain recurrent patterns and that acts like an internal compass.
Diya is a superstar therapist and I strongly recommend her! If you are still making up your mind just like I was a few years ago then I take the liberty, as my friend did, to nudge you to trust her and go for it!
Best wishes,
Priyanka
