The pandemic has been really tough on me. The stress, anxiety, and trauma got to me, and I slipped into depression. I lost my job and, along with that, my self-esteem. My counselling psychologist, Divya Bhatia, has been a great support throughout. She helped me gain my confidence back and also get a job. I was able to become resilient and heal emotionally. We survived a fatal car accident 2 years ago and lost my younger brother in it. It has been difficult for us to accept our loss since then.
