It was great session with him, he explained me how unnecessary thoughts appears in our head and how we should work on those.
I approached him to reduce my smoking and drinking habit. It was a very good experience as the session was less of a moral lecture (which is what generally happens) and was more scientific in nature where he explained what the issue was and why certain things were happening. Some of the recommendations were really practical and helped me in the journey.
