I have been suffering from Chronic neck and back pain for past 7 months. I have consulted orthopedician, neurosurgeon, underwent physio treatment for 2 months, ayurvedic treatment sessions and even attended chiropractic treatment. Neither did I get right treatment nor my problem was rightly diagnosed. I even went into depression unable to figure out the cause till I met Dr. Azmath. He first removes anxiety and mental suffering of a patient before starting the treatment. Unlike majority of doctors, he is never in hurry to treat patients. When releasing muscle knots, to divert attention from pain he cracks jokes and make fun. He did various treatments for relieving my pain like dry cupping, wet cupping, dry needling, deep friction pain release, etc. Six days of his treatment almost relieved my six months of pain and gave back my confidence. To conclude, Dr. Azmath falls under great and rare doctors who are becoming extinct these days. I highly recommend him

Dr.Azmath is very composed and listens to your problems very patiently and also he is very friendly doctor. He visited home as I had a severe back pain (slipped disk) i was not able to walk as it was very painful. He gives you every detail of the problem accurately and also suggest you the treatments that you could take for the relief .I was able to recover with the excercises which he made me do .He made me walk properly within 5 sessions and was completely relieved with the pain in only 8 sessions . ** ** *** **** *************** **** * **** **** ***.Would definitely recommend everyone.

My husband suffered a stroke in Mumbai and we went in for physiotherapy as advised but we were not happy . He would get bored after a few daysThis went on for 4 years .we came to Bangalore on a visit and chanced upon this clinic . We went in and we were greeted by an unassuming similing gentleman . I visited Dr. Azmath because of Bell's palsy also known as idiopathic facial paralysis. This occurs from damage to the facial nerve (the 7th cranial nerve). Pain and discomfort usually occur on one side of the face or head. But this is absolutely curable when you consult the right doctor at right point of time. The Doctor is really patient and calm. He will listen to your problem thoroughly and suggest what needs to be done. I have recovered 90% from Bell's Palsy after doing physiotherapy. 10% he has suggest a few exercises which needs to be done on regular basis. I totally went into depression after the Bell's palsy attack but I am really grateful to Dr Azmath for all the help and patience.

Dr. Azmath (Physiomatix) is my goto place for any sports/gym related injuries. I never felt this comfortable going to a doctor, even for a minute injury knowing the fact that the Doc won't use any fancy words to scare me, he makes me understand the cause of the problem and only do what is absolutely required. And most importantly the treatments never cost you a bomb.

I've visited Physiomatix for sports injuries as well as general rehab (cupping, needling etc). I'll definitely recommend Physiomatix to anyone without a doubt.

I am a long-distance runner, I was having severe pain in my left leg muscles from quite some time and was worried about what it could be. With Dr. Azmath, my experience has been really good. He diagnosed the issue, explained about it in details and within a week of treatment (after 3 sessions of therapy) I am having no more pain. The results of the therapy are phenomenal. He is friendly, along with what kind of injury you have, he speaks about all the related problems, issues which an athlete could face and also explains how to keep yourself injury-free. I had ACL reconstruction with meniscus repair. I went for rehabilitation to Dr. Azmath. I am feeling happy that I got such a good physiotherapist. He was very friendly through out the session and very helpful. Below are couple positive things that I would like to point out. - Very friendly and has lot of patience to deal with patients- A good listener, good observer and cooperative.- He knows very well what he's doing.- Explains things in layman term which can be easily understood by any normal person- Fee is affordable and value for moneyWithin 5 weeks I'm able to walk without any support which actually is a very fast recovery.I would like to thank Dr. Azmath again for such expertise and good experience.

Dr Azmat Sir has treated me and did a root cause analysis of the issue with utmost care and worked on getting a resolution on the same. Just to elaborate on my medical condition, there was a constant cramp on my right shoulder as there was constant pain & burn. To utter dismay, all the hospitals that I have visited were not concerned about my betterment so much as compared to milking money out of me. I wish I would have had the treatment earlier , I would not have to suffer for 2 years. I had given up on life but Dr Azmat Sir has helped me regain hope that I can live like a normal person. So, its my earnest request to all of you not to squander your time somewhere else but get fully fit at the soonest.

I have visited Dr. Azmath quite a few now for my gym injuries and neck/shoulder pain due to long hours of studies. ******* ** ** ** *** ** *** ***** He is so patient, friendly who listen to the problem carefully and suggests the best remedy and treats you the best way. He doesn't asks you to come for unnecessary more numbers of session like so many others do, charges you minimal AND TRIES TO CURE YOU RIGHT THAT MOMENT unlike other doctors who postpones the treatment so that you would visit them more number of times just to charge you fees. If you are looking for a physiotherapist, he is the one you should definitely give it a try.
