I started to see Dr. Asha when I was feeling the edge of mistrust because of my post-divorce issues. After the death of my father, I realized I needed help as I was feeling more vulnerable and extremely defensive. My sessions with Asha, helped me a lot to open up my heart because of her warmness, listening, and patience which I had never done before. Her reasonings will always help me in difficult situations.

I contacted Asha after I felt my reactions to small irritations were getting out of hand, particularly in my relationship with my husband. I was anxious, angry and upset a lot of the time which was unlike anything I'd experienced before. I saw Asha for a number of sessions and began to understand why I was reacting the way I was. This understanding was half the battle, and was incredibly revealing. I learned not to let my hurt feelings turn to anger and frustration, and to deal with them in a different way. I feel like my old self again now, more in control of my emotions, confident and happy in my marriage. She was sympathetic, caring, open and I think genuinely happy for me to have made such progress. Highly recommended.

I usually do not want to write reviews. But this one is different. I always believed counselling never works and marriage counselling is a joke. How are you going to change an adults mindset or character. Men will be men. But after talking to drAsha now I suggest everyone married and unmarried friend to go for Counseling if they are facing any relationship issues. I wish I could have came early,,

Asha is a great counselor. Her methods are so professional and effective. She has helped us in getting my relationship back on track. She has a calming personality which makes you feel very comfortable to share your concerns. She ensures that all methods are scientifically explained and it really helps to put those in practice. I would strongly recommend Asha as a marriage counselor. She does a fabulous job.
