Want a proper diet chart.

My weight is 72.8 and height is 5'4". I can take fruits(apple, pomegranate,melon, watermelon, citrus fruits), eggs, oats(veg), poha upma, chapati with veggie, sprouts, curd, salad, daal, idli, nuts/dryfruits, greentea, veg daliya, brownrice. These are some common things which are always available to me, as I am staying in pg. My all blood sugar, thyroid tests are normal. I have a gastric/acidity problem in common bases. And having irregular periods from 3-4 years, that cause bilateral PCO in ultrasonography reports. Please provide me a helpful dietchart, which can followed by me. You also can mention flaxseed/lemonwater/other common herbs or seeds which is helpful for my condition. And please also tell me in what time I can take these, and how. Please. It would be very helpful, if you sending me a proper routine and dietchart. My physical activity is very less, and bady fat percentage is high, low muscle amount.

Unable to gain weight

I am 23 years old Female. But, I am underweight and my weight is 35kgs since 3 years. I am trying in different ways to gain weight but couldn't find any change in weight. I am becoming thin day by day. I consulted doctor to check whether it is due to thyroid problems. But,there is no thyroid problems and haemoglobin levels were also good. I don't know what to do to increase my weight. I am looking very lean, thin and short. Could you please help me and suggest any options for this problem?

My freind Rohan ,his age is 23 but he weighted only 40 and with 5 feet 5 inches height. He is doing job and wants to gain weight very badly. He tried some supplements but no change in weight So suggest any good supplement (weight gainer) for my freind.

Egg whites and gastic

Hello all, I'm a fitness freak from past 4 months I used to consume 5 egg whites per day. In order to increase the protein intake I have started to consume 10 eggs whites per day. And I have it as my post workout. Now I started to face gastic issues and slowly even back pain, I'm afraid as it would hit my workout. I was told that back pain is due to ur gastric and that's cause of too many egg whites. Is it true?
