Dr. Anamika Gupta

We had couple of sessions with the doctor regarding our son. From the first session till now, she has heard us (parents) patiently and tried to understand different aspects of child & parent behaviour. She then speaks to the child seprately. My son has opened up to her without any hesitation. After every session, doctor gave an assignment or things to do to my son and us. These tasks are doable and has enabled my son to heal. She also guides the parents on how to take things forward.

I would highly recommend Dr. Anamika for younger kids counselling.

It started with my daughter experiencing some unknown fear of going to a particular section when this semester began, later this turned into fear of going to the school itself.

Visited Dr. Anamika Gupta for the counselling of my very close relative. Also, coming from the family of doctors I very well knew that it’s a long process and multiple sessions are required. Doctor too explained us everything in detail and she is very friendly and heard us calmly. She gave us ample of time and multiple ways to make the condition normal for the patient. Her sessions have helped a lot in improving the condition of the patient and gave us a hope. Looking forward to continue the sessions and we are truly thankful to her!

Our adolescent was going through rough days and so do we.He couldn't focus on his college work and dealing with Acute Anxiety and Stress that was leading to Frequent Panic Attacks. Off late he has developed a lot of fears which is why it’s difficult for him to stay at campus. In mid of his college session he came back home because he was not able to cope up there. During that time we have started our therapy sessions with Dr Gupta. She is so planned and easy to talk to personal. She patiently listens to all of us and gave her insights and share the goal plans.

Earlier he used to kept saying that he was feeling empty and keeps changing his mind about going back to campus.He is aware of all this though. He has also been very direct, sometimes rude with us which surprises him. He's always been very engaging and polite.

After consulting Dr Gupta,my son is able to focus on making progress with his Subject work. Because of His final exams he has to go back to his College for some make up quizzes. So as such there is a lot of stress and anxiety associated with it which he is able to handle and he feels confident to deal with the situation and his panic attacks.

We are very grateful to the Dr and her timely support. She is a gem of a person. Always answers our questions without any frowning which makes her unique.

Anamika ma’am always made me so comfortable and easy to talk. I am consulting her for the past couple of months. She has been really understanding,kind and provides right support. She has helped me to be a better person by helping me being Resilient and working on my hopelessness and confusion in my life.The best part is that she followed a very systematic approach and set realistic goals by taking baby steps. She made me realise that facing and ready to work on my problems will only help me to conquer my demons,not from running away. I remember that afternoon when I went for my session and i spite of no availability of any slot she managed to provide a slot by extending her working hours which really means a lot to me.

After each session she provided me with some Rewirements(home- work in my language) which I always look forward to. Her out of box thinking and the involving activities make the sessions so fun-filled. I feel relaxed and in a better state of mind post my sessions.

Today I can say I am more assertive in my approach I know where to draw healthy boundaries by not offending the other person.

We visited Dr. Anamika for the psychological analysis of post viral body pains, which affected my son for almost 2 months. The doctor talked to my son in a very friendly way and gave him some therapies to feel the heal. The good part was, she talked separately with me and my uhusband, to understand some personality aspects of my son in a very positive and unique way. This was a different and new perspective for us as parents, and helped us lower our parental concerns. We are happy, we consulted Dr. Anamika at the right time.

Doctor Anamika is experienced professional who understands child psychology and parent psychology very well. She tries to understand and explain all aspects of child behavior, parent behavior, overall situation and then suggest best course of action based on available input.

Her suggestions helped us to see my kid's behavior in different light and it helped me to adjust my behavior towards my kid to get best possible result. Her approach and equal focus on both child as well as parents have helped us seeing expected results quicker.

Finally she is very friendly with kids and has knack for winning their confidence and affection. My kid (7 years of age) warmed up to her within 1 or 2 sessions and usually very happy to attend counselling sessions.

Overall this is very positive experience for us and we are seeing very good impact of sessions. I strongly recommend Dr Anamika 's counselling session for child psychology and behavioral issues.

We are middle aged couple,our son has moved to his college for his higher education.This brings an emptiness in our lives. Inspite of working professionals we still feel a strong empty corner in our lives.We thought of having a professional advice and consulted Anamika.Our first session is an eye opener.She so calmly and patiently listened to us.
