I was suffering from Death anxiety. Most of us struggle with the fact that life ends in death. When a family member dies or when we think about our own death, the mystery of death touches us personally. We may feel anxious about the way death cuts us off from people we love and care about. I used be very be frustrated or disappointed by how little solid evidence there is about what people experience after death. We may wonder what is the point of life if it ends in death.

Thoughts about what happens to us after death may bring up questions about the universe we live in. All these things used to come in my mind and I used to get very depressed. It was effecting my daily Life. If used to heard and see about anything related to death that full day I used to think about that only I used to distract my mind with other things but nothing helped me.

Then I decided to Visit a Psychologist. I found Dr. Amrita is very friendly and approachable. We are extremely satisfied as she has gone to core of the problem of individuals and tried to influence all of us to think alternatively or positively before any action. This helps me to become different person . She gives time and listen to you and problems in very patience way. She has enabled me to develop deep insight and reflection and in doing so has empowered me to move forward from very challenging times in my life.

When I visited the doctor, was under tremendous stress. Was having lot of tension, not able to follow the conversations during the meetings in office.. Not able to be in present state in office or home. Unable to enjoy with my kid, as something or the other was running in mind always.

Although I started , Initially I was doubting will I be able to get the expected results.

After couple of sessions, she understood the problem and based on that she started her small steps and asked me to do couple of activities during the session and at home as well. Due to time constraint I was not doing it. She asked me to do the activity during the session and reviewed then and there and provided inputs.

She started breaking negative patterns slowly one by one which started giving me confidence that things are changing.

Good part is she spends time in understanding the questions and clarify them in detail and used to proceed further. Sometimes I forgot the points suggested and used to ask the same question again. She always answered the question with lot of patience.

By following the steps suggested, I started feeling that the results are in my way. Thats when my confidence started building and followed it well.

Today I am very happy and I have not changed the situations around me but I have changed myself by accepting the things around me. I am ale to be in present state most of the time.

I am sitting confidently in the meetings and happy as well. Able to enjoy with my kid well. Thanks Amrita for your support during the journey for the past few months.
