I recently visited a physiotherapist because I was experiencing some lower back pain. The physiotherapist was very friendly and approachable, and I immediately felt at ease during the session. The physiotherapist assessed my injury and recommended some exercises and stretches to help alleviate the pain. Although some of the exercises were challenging, the physiotherapist was patient and encouraging throughout the session. Overall, I was very satisfied with the treatment plan and would definitely recommend the physiotherapist to others who are experiencing similar issues
