Aishwarya Shinde is RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She has completed her Masters in Applied Psychology with specialization in Clinical Psychology and M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS. She has total 7 years of experience in helping individuals, couples and families. She is trained in CBT, DBT and REBT. She is well-versed with ACT, IPT, IPSRT. She practices ISTDP and long term psychodynamic psychotherapy. She is queer-affirmative, trauma-informed and justice-informed therapist. Her interest area is trauma, attachment injuries and personality disorder. She believes that each individual has the power to make changes in their life. They just need a facilitative environment for their growth.Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.Aishwarya works with individuals across a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns, supporting them in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
