I had such a weird bizarre experience with this clinic. First of all, when you call them for the first time the receptionist will talk very nicely with you and tell you the consultation charges are 650 and appointment time can be set as per your convenience. Can be shifted to evening too. You would be thinking okay, not that expensive. Then Dr Aditi will say it's not 650, but 750 per session in a hyper voice but I can take 10 sessions in 6k. Then obviously any person will opt for the package to save money. Then you will come to know evening appointments are not available. Their customer services are good only until you have made the payment. Then they don't even pick your calls. I took 20 sessions from them and this happened on the day of the last session.Let me summarize the conversation I had with them:I: I have transferred additional 300 charges for the dry needling, can it be done today?Clinic: No it can't be done now. Need to be done a day before.I: Okay, can the appointment be rescheduled to Monday then?Clinic: No, against our policies.I: Can I get the refund of 300 as today is the last session of the package?Clinic: We don't issue refund as per our company policy.I: Can I come to the clinic to get dry needling done since you mentioned Dr didn't pick that from the clinic.Clinic: No, finance bill need to be updated.I: it's fine I don't need invoice.Clinic: still no.I: Can I get the refund if anyway bill is not generated.Clinic: NoI called on the clinic number like 3-4 times, nobody picked up.Then Dr Aditi called and said in an angry voice why are you calling clinic, told me to not call on the clinic and hung up. I decided to take a high road and then didn't call the clinic or Dr. I didn't see any point anyway. This is just a scheme so that patients keep on buying their 10 days package worth 6k. And if you don't buy the package, then 750 per session is too costly *** *** ***** **.The provided me invoice of 300 bucks and they have literally mentioned "Balance" on the invoice as they haven't provided any services for that amount. T*** **** **** ** *** ******* ** ***** ** *** *** ** ** *** ******* **** *** ****** They knew I am not going to renew the package after this experience and still had the audacity to share the invoice with 300 balance which is valid for 3 months, after I asked for it, ** **** * **** ** **** * **** ** ******** ****** **** *** *** ***** **** *** *** * ***** **** **** ** **** ******** **** *** **** ** * ******* *** *** ***** ** ******** **** ***** * ** *** ****** ** *** ******** *** *** ***** **** ** *** ******* ********* **** ***** ***** ******* ** **** **** ***** ****** ***** *** ** **** ********* *** *** *** **** ******** *** **** ** ** ***** ****** *** *** *** ****** ****** *** ***** *** **** *** ***** ** ******** ***** *** **** *** ** *** ****** Later came to know she is the head of clinic.Once you have taken the 10 sessions, don't expect any kind of refund even if you have any kind of issues. If you will try to call them to reason with them, they won't pick your calls. Also dry needling charges are separate. Paying the full amount in advance at once is too risky. once the transaction is done, you are never going to get your money back, no matter what. This was my first time when I paid the whole amount before the sessions, and this approach always give the clinics the upper hand. Also, they provide home sessions so there is no equipment setup like clinics therefore it is bit expensive as well since you will have to buy things you will need to do exercises like ankle weights, theraband, exercise balls, etc and you can't do machines like cycle, exercise on stepper tool, or progressive exercises with more weights.I was earlier recommending this clinic to my friends, but not anymore after having such bad customer experience.

Hi! I have been suffering with continuous upper and lower back pain for the past 5 months. When I first visited Dr. Aditi, she examined me completely and said my muscles had become stiff. I had a needling therapy on my first session and she asked me to follow few exercises regularly. We scheduled sessions every week for physiotherapy and modifications in the exercises. Right after the session, she also made me do the exercise once, in the presence of her, to make sure I was doing it right. After regular follow-ups and exercises, my pain had reduced drastically.
