Mr. Ajay Shinde

I wrote a review earlier escalating Dr. Shinde's staff's unprofessional behaviour . I got in touch with the doctor today & he swiftly resolved issue by making an exception of me getting a frame of my choice from elsewhere & fixing the lens that was already done.

Thanks Doctor for taking notice of the issue & resolving it for me .

As always, Dr. Shinde's was thorough in understanding what my issues were with the glasses I use. And confirmed the same with an eye exam. His a analysis of my condition resulted in readjustment of my glasses, which was performed right away. And the reported discomfort was addressed to my satisfaction.

I am thankful for Dr. Shinde's expertise, his services and customer friendly staff.

A doctor must have two important qualities: patience, and skill. Dr. Shinde definitely has both. He is very thorough with his examination, very detailed with his questionaire and very very concerned about client's well being. He answers every silly and small doubt you may have. He explains in a way that you simply can't miss understanding anything. He instills a lot of trust and confidence in just one consult. I would most definitely recommend him!
