I visited kangaroo for delivery as it was suggested by my doctor. This is one of the bad experience I have ever had.
While preparing me for c section , I.e while shaving my private part, the duty nurse cut me in my private part and I was bleeding and she did not even bother to clean injured part and was using scrub on injured part in spite of me telling it was hurting
First time and who are new for breastfeeding the duty nurse are going to demoralize you and treat u like a toy.. every passing by nurse would pull ur breast and hurt. Even though they know initial day just after delivery milk production would be less..
Here the nurse would not let you feed your new born child more than 20minutes even though your baby is crying due to hunger.. even though u have milk production from 5th hour of deliver, they would force and insist you to use formula drink as mother milk is not sufficient.. *** ** ************ ******* my child who was below jaundice range, triggered jaundice in one day of discharge and was admitted to hospital
Best part is this, for my child pediatrician available on delivery day was Subbaiah, head of the kangaroo. On day of discharge we got jaundice test done and it was below normal and my baby was doing good. Next day we had followup with the same doctor, when we arrived at kangaroo, my husband was standing in reception to pay for consultation, just then Subaiah, walked in from rounds, receptionist told him his patients were waiting for him and this is what he replied "Why are patients there, they are there to wait let them wait, ill go out and come" if this is the attitude a doctor has towards his patients ******* *** **** ** ***** ***** *** ********* Then, when it was time for my Consultation with doctor, only one person with child was allowed, he did not touch my child and check, rather he was busy looking into mirror and tucking his shirt, if he cannot check child then why did he call for followup.. ******* ****** ******** *** ****** ** ***** *** *** ***** *** ******* ***** *** **** *** ****** ** ** ***** And he asked for jaundice test.
The lab technician **** *** **** *** ** **** ***** **** * *** *** **** ** he put all of us out mentioning he would draw blood, and he pricked my child thrice, I felt something is going wrong inside. I just walked in to see, he had pricked twice on my child's left hand and once on right hand and he says syringe is blocked, ** ******* ** ******* *** **** * ** **** ** **** ******* *** top of it he is squeezing my child wrist** **** *** ******* ** **** ******* *** *** * ***** ** ******* ****** I could not see my child crying with pain.. I decided to take my child to different hospital. Before that I wanted to talk to management and complain, I spoke to one Miss Nandini, when I tried to tell her the problem, her attitude was like go do what you want we are least bothered and I did not feel they had any passion towards their work. **** * *** ******* ** ******** ***** **** ***** *** **** ****** *** ****** ** ******** *** ***** ***** ***** ******* *** ********** *** **** ******** ********** ******** **** ** **** **** ******** ***** ******** **** ******* *** ***** ****I have put my experience here, please think and wisely before you choose your hospital.
