Diet Prescribed-Initially for about 2 weeks, I found a bit difficult to follow the change of diet from my routine. But after that it was and is very easy to follow. The initial hunger pangs are not there any more. I feel satisfied with the food I consume without feeling hungry after sometime.
I have followed this routine for the last 3 months and lost about 5.5kg. Due to some constraints with my leg, there is no physical activity like walking, swimming or gym or aerobics.

I went to consult Dr. Nafeesa at First Eat Right Clinic in Indiranagar, I felt very nice and confident after speaking to her as she explains in very simple and scientific way. She gives scientific answers to all your questions. I decided to join for a weight loss program for 6 months as I had to lose around 18-20kg weight. Now after 6 month I have lost 17kg, I feel extremely energetic, healthy, fit and more focus in my work, I enjoy quality time with my family now because i finish my work fast, my productivity has increased.
I am fully satisfied with the assistance/ guidance I got from Dr. Nafeesa in weight reduction program. Easy to follow diet plan that really worked for me with my busy schedule I was able to follow it without any hassles. The best part is my wife is also working in her busy schedule she also did not feel any difficulty in implementing the schedule. This is a one time correction and no worries for life.
