A Doctor Who Made Motherhood Possible: My Heartfelt Thanks to Dr. Priyanka Tyagi

I'm writing this review with a heart overflowing with gratitude for Dr. Priyanka Tyagi. Following two heartbreaking miscarriages, the pathway to becoming a mother seemed incredibly daunting and challenging. But thanks to Dr. Tyagi's exceptional care and expertise, I'm now holding my beautiful, healthy baby in my arms.

From the very beginning, Dr. Priyanka Tyagi understood the emotional rollercoaster I was on. She never dismissed my concerns and treated my high-risk pregnancy with the utmost seriousness. She successfully diagnosed the root cause of the previous failed pregnancies (which many renowned doctors could not do) and started the treatment on time.

She meticulously reviewed my medical history, suggested proper tests, thoroughly explained every step of the process, and ensured I was completely informed about all the options available to me.

Dr. Tyagi's empathy was truly remarkable. She understood my anxieties and fears and took the time to address them patiently. She never made me feel rushed during appointments, and always ensured all my questions were answered clearly and simply.

Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Tyagi provided exceptional care. She closely monitored my progress, adjusted the treatment plan as needed, and made sure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. For e.g., During my last trimester, I started having high BP. She immediately added the required medicines and asked me to monitor my BP closely by preparing a BP chart which she asked to share with her regularly. She is also extremely responsive on the phone.

In our last scan of 34th week, some parameters were out of the normal range and were causing big concern (Brain sparing). Dr. Tyagi advised us to go for surgery slightly earlier than originally planned – which we did without wasting any time. I would recommend following Dr Tyagi’s advice 100%. Trust me, in our case, her expertise saved us from a big catastrophe.

Finally, delivery itself was a positive experience, thanks in large part to Dr. Tyagi's calm demeanor and clear instructions. While I was fortunate to be discharged from the hospital on the 3rd day, my little one needed some additional care and had to stay in the NICU for 5 more days.

Even during that time of separation anxiety, Dr. Tyagi's continued to be a source of comfort and support. She visited the NICU daily to get updates on my baby's health and would text me every few days to check in and see how I was doing. Her genuine concern for both of us during this vulnerable time meant the world to me.

I am writing this review when my daughter has turned one month. Journey with Dr. Priyanka Tyagi started when my wife was 1.5 months pregnant and we were literally struggling to decide on a gynecologist.

Considering the fact that we lost our first child on 7th month of pregnancy due to various complications and at many occasions we felt that our doctor could have dealt health issues timely and in a better manner that my wife went through.

We consulted a Big Doctor at a Big Hospital but I was still feeling that my wife is not getting the kind of attention that she suppose to get especially when she has gone through various issues in her fist pregnancy that turned life threatening in the end.

I am writing such long review because we found and approached her primarily based on Google review hence want to share our experience with others so that others be guided and get benefited. (though everyone's experience can differ as everyone's health conditions and expectations are different). But genuinely I thank God every time I pray that He guided us to Dr. Priyanka who just not took care of everything but supported my wife mentally who had faced trauma and was so much concerned about her pregnancy (which was obvious).

We contacted Dr. Priyanka on a late evening through Practo Video Consultation in an emergency situation because my wife was given certain medicines without proper diagnosis. Dr. Priyanka calmly listened to my wife, advised some medicines and asked us to visit clinic on next day.

We visited next day and our smooth journey with Dr. Priyanka Tyagi started. No words are sufficient to convey our gratitude towards Her treatment, behavior, nature, politeness and personal touch with Her patients. We just trusted her and followed treatments/advises and she took care of everything. She gave us confidence that we were actually looking for and a time came when we felt that we have nothing to worry as we have Dr. Priyanka to take care of everything.

There were times when we needed certain quick advices and she always cooperated as much as possible (We always tried to ensure that we do not disturb Her until we really have some urgency considering that fact that She has a very busy schedule so here our expectations should also be right, we can not expect a Dr. to be available for every small issue).

She did lot of analyses of all reports and medical history of my wife and did whatever best was possible, She tried to ensure that she does not leave any stone untouched that can later create any issue.

When it came to delivery, she was available throughout until she delivered our baby, she supported my wife and gave her confidence that she will deliver a healthy baby and Dr. Priyanka is available with her to handle all emergency situations. She also kept me posted on everything related to treatment. Again, she did whatever best was needed to take care of baby as well as my wife.

I still recall our visits to Her clinic and how She not just clarified all our doubts but also gave us confidence, her eye to detail and keeping patient informed is something that we usually miss when we visit a doctor, she doesn't let go even a small observation untreated.

I pray that she keeps treating all her patients like my wife. As I said, we don't have words to convey our thanks to her, Sending our loads of good wishes for her future endeavors and good health. God Bless Dr. Priyanka.

Dr Priyanka Tyagi is one of those doctor whom you can actually call a Godess here.

From the beginning of my pragnancy and after delivery she has been a guiding angel for us.

She has eye for something which can happen in future but has no symptoms in advance.

She was so cautious throughout our pragnancy , every step was taken with highest level of care. I had few difficulties in the 1st trimester she didn’t leave a single loop hole which could go wrong.

Her advices and suggestions helped us sailed this journey peacefully. She always replies to our queries on WhatsApp too even in her very busy Sechdule , so we had a feeling that someone is always there to look after me and my baby.

During the phase when we used to get irritated with the process she guided us like a mother/elder sister and we came out with flying colors. I was on bed rest for maximum time of pragnancy due to some complications but she make it sound easy and I could do it.

During the delivery she got the OT vaccant quickly and did my delivery as it was some emergency, I was lying down with eyes closed knowing that she ll manage everything and that is what happened. We made it on time and I got my little bundle of joy in my hand.

We came to her in my 3rd month of pregnancy and i came with a history of 2 abortions in the past 3 years, this was my third try for pregnancy, in the starting of pregnancy we were terrified about the pregnancy since i had history of 2 abortions, we came to know about Dr. Priyanka Tyagi after searching through the reviews about doctors handling high risk pregnancies and we were fortunate that we found Dr Priyanka through lots of positive reviews on Practo and google.

I had the issue of incompetence cervix that i got to know during my 2nd pregnancy, but that could not sustained unfortunately. After meeting Dr. Priyanka, she listened to us very thoroughly . understood our medical case in detail and recommended us that i need to go for MacDonald's procedure (cervical stiches) for this pregnancy with strict bed rest for 9 months.

She told us in details both the positives and negatives about our case and prepared a full detailed roadmap for my pregnancy to be successful. She was with us at every step during my pregnancy and was easily reachable in case of emergency or any doubt. She even helped us in getting the best treatment at the hospital during the pregnancy till the delivery procedure.

She is one the best doctor for high risk pregnancies in Delhi NCR, i would highly recommend to all the expecting mothers to visit her clinic for getting the best medical care and consultation related to pregnancy, especially high-risk pregnancy.
