Dr. Yamini Ramakrishna

Dr. Yamini Ramakrishna had done MBBS, MD (Internal Medicine, USA), Fellowship (Geriatric Medicine, USA)Dr. Yamini Ramakrishna graduated from Bangalore University in 2001. She then worked for a few years at University College London / Whittington Hospital, UK in research, clinical care and teaching. In 2007, she joined the Internal Medicine Residency program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, USA. Following this, she joined the Geriatric Medicine Fellowship program at the prestigious Massachusetts General Hospital / Harvard Medical School. She worked in the United States for some time prior to returning to India. She has extensive experience working with people from all socioeconomic strata and diverse cultural backgrounds. She is inclined towards holistic healthcare integrating lifestyle changes, home remedies, yoga and is open to co-management with AYUSH physicians. In 2023, she completed the National fellowship in Palliative Medicine from the Institute of Palliative Medicine, India. She is a certified Yoga Instructor with training from S-VYASA, Bengaluru.
