I consulted Dr. Vithal for a hair transplant. Let me tell you what a great doc he is.
He started by clearly explaining all available options, clearly telling me the pros and cons of each method.
After listening and evaluating (with Dr. Vithal) all options i had, i decided to go with the FUE treatment.
He asked me not to hurry unlike other greedy doctors. He said that i have too much dandruff and I should first get that treated before i go in for FUE. He recommended 3 doctors near my house, which was great, as Dr Vithal made it very convenient to me
I called him almost 2 months later and told him that I am done with my dandruff treatment and would like to go i for FUE.
He discussed with me my convenient dates and fixed an appointment on a weekend.
Come the day of the operation, he called me the night before and explained all nitty-gritties. What should i have for breakfast, should i have a headbath before i come, and a few other questions i had.
I went to his hospital and he was there before me (sorry for keeping you waiting doc).
He re-explained me a detailed transplantation plan after asking my preferred hairstyle (which was great :)
Once it was finalized, it was time for the procedure. It was carried out with 3 other people who were very professional and were explaining me at every step what they were doing.
The whole operation was done in 2 days with utmost care and precaution. A total of 1500 grafts were transplanted all in all.
The doc charged me reasonably and unlike many other clinics/doctors, he did not force me to go for any particular method. This shows that he is comfortable with all methods.
Now its been 3 months since my hair was transplanted and I have to say that it is excellent (would like to upload pics but not possible in Practo). Even my close friends cant recognize that i have had my hair transplanted. All thanks to Dr Vithal and his amazing team.
TO conclude - Dr Vithal and his team are highly professional and they have immense experience. The equipment used was all state of the art and ultra modern.
