I am undergoing braces treatment with another orthodontist since I started my braces treatment during the pandemic I didn't have many options and ended up taking treatment in a nearby clinic and they destroyed my entire treatment process.

Then I consulted with Dr. Venkatesh Garla, He clearly explained the process and possible solution. He gave me enough time to explain my issue which is an important thing for every patient. I have visited many doctors for different concerns but no one will give me time even to talk they will strictly follow 5-10 mins for the entire consultation. But he doesn't care about the time, he genuinely cares about the patient the issues and gives solutions.

He's more knowledgeable and he will give you the right and possible solution, Not like other hospitals who are giving incorrect promises to earn money and wrong treatment which had happened to me. The most surprising part was he gave me a therapy session for my insecurities and confidence-less mind state. I was very upset about my profile result and it's bothered me a lot every day when I stand in front of the mirror. They charged a reasonable fee.

He explained the whole procedure to the minute detail, took time in every visit w.r.t listening to the patient and explaining us the procedure he is doing with dos and don’ts in detail. He is a friendly doctor... very good at his work. We were in the middle of our daughters treatment when Corona hit first time. Once first wave subsided with lot of care he reopened his clinic and we were thankful that we could continue the treatment and complete it, though initially we were very afraid to continue dental treatment during such pandemic. But doctor assured us of safety measures that were being taken and now we are happy that we did not wait and went ahead with the treatment to completed it.

Dr. Venkatesh and his team at Smylife Dental has diversified expertise, and they all work in collaboration and suggest the most optimal solution. They have been very considerating and patient and with my 73 year old mother, through out the process of extracting the broken teeth and setting up a denture set. I have taken my daughter to Dr. Venkatesh Garla's clinic on Sarjapur Road as her tooth were irregular placed on the upper and lower jaws.

Dr.Veenkatesh Garla explained the issue in detail and also process for correcting it. He listens to the issue/complaints very patiently and deals with the kids very kindly and lovingly.

We had 4 to 5 visits for fixing the device and also for the follow up & check ups. Every time we visited the clinic the staff was very courteous and welcoming.

The treatment is still on and it has been a very satisfying experience.
