I am a 36Y Male who seemed to have lived a healthy life without any issues/surgeries. One night (Wednesday), I had unbearable pain in my abdomen. I thought it to be a gastric issue and when it was not reducing, went to Emergency of a renowned hospital in Bangalore the next early morning (Thu).
