I visited this doctor for a hearing problem with blocked ears. During my first visit, she prescribed an audiogram and pressure test, which cost around ₹1,500, but she did not take the time to properly listen to or understand my symptoms. Based on the tests, I was told everything was normal and was prescribed only a nasal spray.
After 15 days, my symptoms had not improved, so I went back for a follow-up. Even though I had waited about 40 minutes, the consultation felt rushed because the doctor appeared to be in a hurry to leave for another clinic. She again did not listen carefully to my concerns, ********** ********* and ended the consultation quickly.
My condition still did not improve. I eventually consulted another doctor, *** ********** *** ***** *** ******** ** **** * ****** ****** ** ****** ********

She explained very nicely and was very patient with us. We liked that. The waiting time was just ten minutes, and I would rate the overall experience as five. I do recommend Dr. Veena Yagna to others.

I was okay with that and went to the recommended lab to get the test done.
