We met Dr Varun for third openion for varicose vain surgery for my mother-in-law. As all othe doctors suggested she need to undergo for surgery. He explained why this will happen and what is the
surgery, sice she has diabetes not suggest open surgery so, we opt for laser surgery. Operation was done sep 12 th 2020 in Apollo spectra hospital.
Since it is Covid situation we need to under go for Covid test and other tests before surgery. Dr Varun helped with the contact points for all tests that need to perform before surgery. With his help we got discount of 30% discount for tests. It costs us 4000 for tests and 4k for Covid test.
Total quotation for the varicoes vain surgery both legs for Rs 142000. Dr. Varun suggested to admitted on 11 th evening 5 p.m since my mother in law has high suger in test report to control it before surgery. Next day morning 7 a.m surgery done. By evening discharged. Now she is doing well.

Firstly, I would like to express my feedback on laser treatment for Piles.

Warm baths can help soothe the irritation from hemorrhoids. You can use a sitz bath, which is a small plastic tub that fits over a toilet seat, or take a full-body bath in your tub. According Harvard Health, taking a warm bath for 20 minutes after every bowel movement will be most effective.
Doctor counselling and education for pre & Post operation was effective and useful to follow me and also gave me lot for confidence for the whole process.
Areas of improvement : Post operation - bandage needs to be removed in two day's to avoid any uncomfortable situation for patient fast healing.
Regarding the consultation support.
Mr. Anup was very much organized and supportive for pre & Post operation.
One Area of improvement : Post operation appointment waiting time was more than 2.5 hours which is required little more development in terms of confirming to patient.
