Dr. Vandana Jayakumar

I had an issue of weight gain since 4 yrs mainly due to my lifeatyle and food habits. I tried diet plans which didnt work for me . Later i started developing tiredness which started afecting my work. So i consulted Dr Vandana, she gave me some medication and diet plan and adviced yoga . I was able to see gradual weight loss and now i am doing yoga daily and maintaing my weight to normal. She is very patient and i should say the treatment under her was worth of both time and money.

Dr. Vandana is a very brilliant Doctor...i visited her for anxiety and depression...i was little sceptical initially while discussing private issue with her bt her friendliness openness and most importantly caring nature made me comfortable to discuss everything in details..She gave full time to listen to me frm the beginning..she kept on asking questions and also kept on encouraging me through out the session...she also suggested me to some yoga and meditation... Thanks Doctor Vandana for understanding my problem n resolving it...N for always being there...

I had a very bad neck pain after a long flight back to India. I had tried consulting a neurologist, but wrote medicines which didnt help. I wanted to try ayurveda and took a consultation from Dr.Vandana through practo. Doctor was very friendly and explained me what caused the neck pain and found that it was cervical spondylosis. She was very patient in listening to the problem and suggested one kashaya and tablet for 15 days and asked me to sleep without using pillow. My pain started subsiding in the first week itself and almost vanished at the end of the course. I would recommend Dr.Vandana as I had a very good experience with the consultation.

I am suffering with pcod problem and was having irregular menstruation and some other issues. I tried alopathy but probelm was not solved. Last month i consulted this doc, i was feeling free to talk and she was friendly and patient . She adviced me some homely made kashaya along with ayurveda medicine and suryanamaskara . After taking medicine for 6 days i got my periods which was usually irregualr . I am happy with the doctor as my major issue is geting solved .
