Dr. Sandhya is a fantastic doctor. I was extremely nervous after hearing all the horror stories about this treatment and was hell-bent on getting the tooth removed. But she along with Dr. Arun calmed me down and explained the overall procedure and benefits of keeping the tooth vs side-effects of getting it extracted. The root canal treatment itself is painless, but in my case the initial part (around 5 mins spread over two sittings) was quite painful because of the severity of the infection. Dr. Sandhya ensured that the entire procedure was smooth and the pain eventually subsided. I am so relieved right now (with a bonus of having my tooth intact) and a big thanks goes to the doctor who made me change my initial decision.

Dr. Sandhya is a warm individual. I felt very comfortable within a single session. She makes sure you understand what she’s doing and when the treatment gets too painful or uncomfortable she ensures that we take a break until I’m ready to continue. Ensuring that I’m comfortable enough to proceed with the procedure is something I’ve never experienced with other dentists and I really appreciate that. She’s also very easy to talk to and answers queries without hesitation.

This was my second visit, had got an extraction done a few years back and had a good experience so went back this time for tartar cleaning. The cleaning procedure was done well, she explained why the stains got formed and how to take care of the teeth to avoid issues. Happy with the services.
