I am currently undergoing physiotherapy at Pro Rehab following surgery for an ACL and meniscus tear, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care I'm receiving. The journey back from this type of surgery is challenging, but the team at Pro Rehab has been instrumental in making it a positive and progressive experience.

I visited Rehabics Physio, Harlur for back pain treatment and undertook 10 sessions. Would like to appreciate the Rehabics Physio staff and Dr. Tanya particularly - I recovered very well over the course of 10 sessions. The diagnosis was on point and the suggested treatment/exercise was really helpful in sustaining the cure. The pre-exercise treatment included a mix of techniques. During the exercise, the team guided properly, took good care of observing closely, correcting posture where necessary. They also gave advice on what kind of exercises I can do myself at home. The exercise space at the clinic has good ambience and is well equipped. Thus, overall a great experience for me - it will now be the go to place for me for any kind of physio related treatment.

Recently I visited Rehabics physiotherapy, Harlur branch for Frozen shoulder physiotherapy. The frozen shoulder was causing me a lot of pain all throughout the night. Here I met Dr. Tanya Anand and she was very knowledgeable and patient friendly. She made a personalized excersize chart for me that suits my body. Within week i was able to see a difference in my shoulder moment and I am very happy about it. The staff and all the doctors were friendly and helpful. I would personally really recommend Rehabics physiotherapy clinic to everyone.

Approached Rehacics(Kudlu) when I was suffering from severe lower back pian. Dr Tanya performed an initial assessment and suggested 10 days of physiotherapy. My therapist, Mr. Sarfraz did an amazing job and brought my pain to a level of 5 (on a scale of 10 ) within 5 sessions. Especially his release therapy helped a lot. He always took my feedback and changed the line of treatment accordingly. Once pain sibsided, right strengthening exercises did it's job and by the end of 10th session my pain was already at the manageable level.
