I found Tanuja when I was dealing with anxiety about my career and grieving the loss of my home. I was dealing with uncertainty in all the areas of life that mattered - health, body, work, and personal relationships. After trying multiple therapists, I was immediately reassured by her professionalism, objectivity and insight. I felt safe and heard. Being introspective, I was sceptical about whether a therapist could tell me something I didn't already know about myself. She broke that personal myth. She managed to mirror my story back to me, sometimes with more depth and, at other times, with a perspective I might have missed. We've had critical breakthroughs when it mattered, and I have actioned real-life changes and decisions influenced by our sessions. I am grateful and healthier. I’ve been taking sessions from Tanuja for more than 1.5 years now. I’m a clear example of how she handles therapy sessions. I’m so much more sorted, grounded, happier and know how to handle my emotions because of therapy. She is a great listener, very hospitable and has good knowledge on how to deal with important aspects. She’s very sensitive, gives enough time to details and her clients.
