Had Mallet finger injury while playing cricket. Consulted doctor after almost 3-4 weeks since I couldn't understand that I had broken my finger.

I went with mom to see Dr. Sushel and we kept on telling him that pain is from her Hip and lower back. He did not even listen and told me to her to MRI saying he have a slip disk. Told me to a MRI center he only recommended and he called the person at MRI clinic and told my mom have Slip disk and report was curetted as that and I end up paying 10k for that. Then he tried lot of different ways to treat my mom and later pushed for Steroid injection where the injection costs 190 ta but total procedure cost me 16k. My repeat visit to this doctor was very disappointing. I saw Dr Susheel B for numbness of arm and he asked me to get MRI done from a diagnostic centre nearby. Unfortunately this diagnostic centre did not respond to my queries for an appointment despite multiple calls and follow ups. I eventually got an MRI done from another centre and saw the doctor with the films. Dr Susheel simply dismissed to see the films saying you have got it done from a low cost MRI and their films won't be good.

I was surprised with this behaviour. How can a doctor comment about quality of films without even looking at it? Or was he perhaps upset that I didn't get MRI done from the centre he asked me to go to * *** ******* ******** Then he dismissed me saying come tomorrow with reports. I felt humiliated having spent time and money to get what the doctor asked me to and he just dismissed it!

I eventually went to a reputed hospital and a reputed Ortho there * *** ******* *** *** ***** *** ******* *** ********** * ** ******* ****** **** * ***** **** ***** ***** ***** ******* ** *** *** ***** *** ** **** **** **** * **** ****** ** ******** *** ********

Do doctors like Susheel even understand the trouble a patient goes through in terms of time and money spent for the test? How can you just dismiss a patient just because he did not get MRI done at your preferred diagnostic centre? Doctors must understand that patient care includes behaving well with patient, understanding their issues and being empathetic.

my wife had ACL surgery even after reconstruction she qas feeling pain and swelling she was not able to walk properly after 2 years of ACL reconstruction. consulted many doctors took MRI, CT scan didnt able to find the root cause. consulted Dr Susheel, he just checked physically the knee and got the issue. Now we had another surgery to clean up fibrosis. she is really doing good now able to walk and under going physio. Thanks to Dr susheel.

I took doctor consultation online and he gave some vitamin tablets and then when i followed up as the condition was not getting better he asked to visit him in one of the hospitals.

He said he was suspecting Arthritis. So I was panicking and immediately booked an appointment. I arrived 15 mins earlier but thats on me. The doctor didnt arrive at the hospital for more than 40 mins later than the appointment. **** *** *** *** ***** ***** *** **** **** ***** ******* ********** *** ***** It was a work day and i had taken an hour off from my work so I asked the attendant when would the doctor arrive. She handed the phone to me and said to ask myself. The doctor was rude on the phone and asked me to wait. I had already paid for the consultation so had no choice but to wait.

Once the doctor arrived he called my name in a very angry voice. He asked me about the problem and asked me to show the earlier analysis. I showed the online consultation and he immediately dismissed it saying that he doesnt believe in online consultation. What he didnt realise that it was his consultation only. He didnt even look at my hands and asked me to to a bunch of test which were for about 10K. He specifically asked me not to do anywhere else but in the hospital as he doesnt trusts other hospitals. I was shocked and asked him if he didnt even look at my hand why did he call me for an in person checkup. He again got angry and asked me to do what he says.

I went to another hospital *** *** ***** **** ** **** **** ** *** ******* **** *** ** *** I will never visit this doctor or RxDx again. **** *** ** ********* *** **** ********* *** **** **** ********** You will have no option but to do what they say you are worried about you health.

Fantastic approach in treating any relevant injuries. Personally i am happy the way he made me understand and finally treated by cervical spine problem.

Currently undergoing my treatment for ankle sprain and his approach is very good in understanding the grade and issue with particular ligament stretched.
