I consulted the doctor on Practo, I was trying to explain the issue to her but she didn't listen to it properly and suggested that I should go for an in person appointment. Later she disconnected the call.

I shared best possible picture with Doctor of my dad who are struggling with facial swelling and irritation. Doc was asking more clear picture to prescribe medicine I explained the due to covid situations my dad is not with me. He is not able to take pic of himself.. Doc stop the consultations without informing or giving medicine.

I took appointment for excessive hair fall issue ..She did a conversation of 2 to 3 mnts ..She even didn’t ask me anything towards this but only how long i was facing this.I expected she will ask me about my family had this issue or not,if i had any disease in past,is my diet poor,am i taking medicines or stress,No diet plan also.Rather i told her i take inhaler for lungs allergy,however i didn’t feel good after the appointment..🥲She prescribed me without knowing my past history & problems.I belong to Kuwait and she was talking to me like if i can’t visit her clinic it will not be possible anything.It’s really tough to get medicines from India but somehow i managed.After 1 & half month i hv to take new consultations and i really don’t know this time how i will manage medicines from India.***** ** **** ***********

To begin with, her appearance was far from what I expect from a medical professional. Even in a video consultation, I anticipate a basic level of professionalism—something that was completely lacking. * ******** ****** * ****** ** **** ** * ****** *** ** ** *************It felt as though she was were casually sitting at home rather than taking this consultation seriously wherein she had already taken a half hr to get the consultation started after me bugging her to please start the video call.

Furthermore, her approach to my medical issue was really unhelpful to an extent that her prescription itself is empty.
