I first visited Dr. Sukesh as I was having a lot of itching in my scalp. Along with that I was facing hair fall, hair thinning and my hairline was also receding rapidly. After meeting him for the very first time itself, I could right away sense that he is one of those personalities after meeting whom you get those positive vibes and sense of genuineness right away. He is also very amiable and soft spoken. He asked me certain questions for diagnosis, examined my scalp and got me started on certain medications as part of treatment for the itchy scalp. The reasons behind the problem was explained very well and I was asked to get certain tests done for the hair fall problem before revisiting him after 3 weeks. The itchiness in the scalp started going away after the first week itself and was almost fully gone in 3 week's time. After I showed him the blood test results I was started on a treatment course for hairfall as I had few vitamin deficiencies and dandruff issues. The hairfall issue got controlled a lot over a period of 2 months. Since my hairline had already receded a lot before I visited him, he informed me about the treatment options for maitaining the existing hair density and getting the lost hair back and and pros and cons of different options. One of the options was hair transplant and after another round of meeting (which I think was my 4th meeting with him in total), I decided to go for the transplant procedure.

I would really love to share my experience as it would help mainly to understand my hair transplant journey. I'm a IT professional who works in USA. The result of stress and lack of proper sleep reflected through my hair fall. I tried tons of oils, shampoos, and medicines that are available in the market to stop hair fall. Nothing stopped the hair fall but in turn, it worsened the condition. Then I started using minoxidil and this helped only to maintain the existing hair but never helped increasing the volume. He examined my scalp and made a thorough analysis of the condition and explained to me politely about everything about the procedure, cost, and results. We could not conduct the procedure immediately as i had severe dandruff issues on my scalp. I was insisted to get some blood tests and medications to reduce the problem as the was one of the factor could trigger to hair loss. Later after 15days my dandruff issues ever gradually decreased and doctor confirmed I could get my hair transpant done now. Like eveyone I was totally nervous and worried. Doctor comforted me how the procedure would be and he was by my side guiding thoroughout the process and made sure I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort while doing the procedure. After a few hours of the procedure, I was discharged the same day. Doctor gave me set of instruction for my hair care routine to perform after transplant. Eveything went super simple and painfree. Now I feel hair transplant wasn’t so hard I initially had imagined and I think this is mainly because how much expertise Doctor had on hair transplants. I would like to extend my gratitude to Dr.Sukesh for making my hair transplant journey so easy and smooth. My piece of advice to eveyone who have hair fall issues is to fix an appointment early so that doctor will guide you with the best possible way to even reduce hair fall at the intial stages if that is possible.
