more..Dr. Sriram is too good in treating children with care and expertise. My 2-year-old was experiencing severe loose motions and vomiting, leading to significant dehydration. Hospital admission seemed likely, but we requested a brief observation period with oral medication, as the baby was still somewhat active. The doctor agreed and advised close monitoring until the afternoon, instructing us to seek immediate medical attention if any abnormalities arose.
