She is very professional and friendly. Listens keenly, and provides techniques and insights. She makes sure she reviews the same in the next session and modifies techniques accordingly. The sessions have helped me alot to gain insights into traits that i was unaware of possessing, and I've also gained healthy coping strategies which I now use. Grateful for her guidance and support, especially for my dermatillomania.
