I met Sneha madam with a very heavy heart and when I felt my life has come to a standstill. No idea about what do in life or where to go or how to go ahead. A loyal and obedient wife, but my husband demanded divorce. A double graduate from one of the prestigious University of India, but without job. Supportive but ageing parents couldn’t help them much. Sneha, heard me with empathy and provided a very different perspective into what I was going through and the circumstances that I am in. She analysed my situation with a surgical insight. Initially, this helped me realise few things. I, an impatient, wanted all solutions to my problems in one session. However, the deeper Sneha made me to get into my life events and my emotions, it only helped me to know the deep psychological scars that I was carrying from early childhood days. Once I understood them, I could entangle all the windings. Now, I have a meaningful spiritual, personal and professional life.
more..I had heard that there isn’t a cure for the disease of mind unlike that of body…However I must thank Ms. Sneha Bhat who showed me that the disorder of mind isn’t even a disease as mind is absolutely capable of overcoming it by itself. In our society consulting a psychology professional is a taboo out of the fear of being labelled as mad...?? We think 1000 times due to this perception firmly rooted in our own mind coming from societal perception. However, society doesn’t seem to realize that every mind needs certain disciplining & training. Our mind is absolutely capable of beautifying it’s life however we need to understand this capacity thoroughly. Otherwise the situation pressure would keep suppressing us at every stage of life.
