Ms. Smita Sarma

Smita Sarma, a licensed clinical psychologist in Sukoon Health and registered couple and individual psychotherapist with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI),based in Banglore. Fluent in Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, and English. She believes in understanding individuals and their needs. She also strongly feels clients and therapists come together to build a safe and warm relationship which acts as a secure ground for clients to work on their difficulties. Her areas of interest include attachment-based and emotion- focused therapy, marital and family therapy and personality profiling.She has helped clients struggling for de-addiction. She uses client centred approach with motivational training and CBT-based module specialised for deaddiction. She also works with elderly patients with neurological conditions through neuropsychological assessment.
