I had acne scars and was treated by dr Siri who gave a lot of insight about many procedures in detail. My acne scars have improved in a few sessions it self . I would strongly recommend her as she has a great depth of knowledge as well as is very updated.

*** ******** ******* *** ****** *************** She disconnected the video call in the middle of the consultation without providing any explanation or ensuring that my concerns had been properly addressed. This behavior was disappointing and did not meet the expected standards of professional medical practice.
She didn’t even respond well, I have wasted my time to consult with her. I have some kind of infection and she asked to share pictures when I share pictures she said ok I will share prescription in 10-15 mins and I have asked some basic questions and waiting for prescription she didn’t even respond and cancel the consultation middle of chat without notifying. I was waiting for prescription after 30 mins when I didn’t get I have contact to Practo support and Vidya s was joined and I explain then she said okay please share above form my team will check and give you proscription accordingly and will not provide any refund. I mean what kind of service is this I was looking for mbbs md doctor, not any random team. I have wasted my 3-4 hours to get them understand that I didn’t get proper consultation neither any prescriptions.
